Robin is 80 ! A retired farmer, Christopher Robin Philpot, known by many in the Whitby and Pickering area as Robin, reaches a momentous 80th birthday this week. Originally from Pickering, Robin farmed on the moors at Hazel Head Farm near Goathland, before retiring to live in Whitby and Hawsker. Until more recently, he was often seen walking the cliffs with a beloved dog, Jess. Hils, Steve and his many friends wish him many happy returns ! xxx
